When you request a quotation or sourcing support, we may collect your name, company, property, destination country, email address, WhatsApp number, selected product references and project details.
How we use it
We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare sourcing or quotation options, coordinate delivery requirements and maintain a clear record of our business communication.
Storage and access
Website enquiries are stored in a protected business database. Access to quotation records and supplier information is restricted to approved Vivid owner accounts.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. Relevant project details may be shared with selected manufacturers or logistics partners only when needed to prepare or fulfil your request. Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, our business relationship and applicable legal obligations.
Cookies and authentication
The public catalogue does not require an account. Essential authentication technology is used for protected owner areas. We do not currently use advertising cookies on this website.

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, subject to applicable legal and business-record requirements. You may also ask us to stop contacting you.
